What I love most about creative work is discovering an idea and building a world around it. I become obsessed with how a campaign feels in an arena, how it translates to a commercial, and whether someone would want to wear it on a shirt. Working out those connections is what keeps me excited about design. I want to make work that feels like it could only belong to that brand.
I started at Pacers Sports & Entertainment in social design, creating digital content within individual campaigns. As my role grew, I became more involved in deciding what those campaigns could become. Today, I lead campaign concept development, review creative work, and provide direction to other designers. My responsibilities have included concept development and execution for the Pacers’ “Yes, ’Cers” and the Fever’s “Now You Know” campaigns, with work spanning commercial concepts, media days, apparel, and environmental graphics.
I’ve also put a lot of care into making that work easier for the team to carry forward. I’ve built template libraries, brand systems, and workflows that help designers work consistently across channels. Building a visual system is satisfying, but seeing other designers understand it and create strong work with it matters just as much to me.
